French Repousse Brass Sparrow Birds Letter Paper Holder Wall hanging. Writing on back, can't read all of it. Has name, town, France 1928. I think the panel is older, and the annotation is when the souvenir was bought. Small curl of corner on folding panel.

Repouuse panel is mounted on wood with nails. Bottom panel folds out and in.
